A federal high court sitting in the federal capital territory, Abuja, on Monday ruled that Rt. Hon. Aminu Tambuwal is and remains the Speaker of the House of Representatives, hence the status quo with regards to his official position as Number 4 citizen should be maintained by all parties. The judge also ordered that the House of Reps shall not reconvene until the 3rd December date that has been approved by Speaker Tambuwal.
