List of Dr. Mimiko Friends and Family members in government
(1). Dr. Olusegun Abayomi Mimiko - Governor
(This is by public decision).
(2). Mrs. Kemi Mimiko - First Lady (This is natural). It should be noted that in practice, Dr. Mimiko's children are natural beneficiaries of government. Their school fees, travels, holidays, security and living expenses are natural burdens that the state bear. This is legitimate and it is the practice in all the 36 states of the federation and the federal government. The practice was copied from the United States and the United Kingdom (the Royal family).
(3). Dr. Oyeneyin - CMD Mother and Child Hospital (This is Mimiko's cousin).
(4). Bolanle Olufunmiloye(Mimiko's cousin and sister to Oyeneyin)- Special Assistant, Community and Social Development.
(5). Taoheed Ajao(senior brother to Mimiko) – Senior Special Assistant on Special interest.
(6). Yele Ogundipe, Close friend of Governor - Finance Commissioner
(7). Ayo Ogunmoyero, friend to Mimiko, Director PPP.

(10).Frank Sheen, friend to Mimiko – Special Assistant on Abuja Affairs (Citizen Reporters have received several post on this person. He is reputed as a major link man between Mimiko and Goodluck Jonathan.
(11) Kofo Awosika, (Remember Chief Dele Awosika? Chief Awosika himself is Chairman of Housing Corporation. He is a bossom friend of Mimiko, an Ondo native and Mimiko brought him close to the Adefarati and Agagu governments)
(12). Femi Mimiko, V.C AAUA. (This is the greatest show of nepotism. Femi Mimiko was the one that selected most of the first batch of political appointees. He has the singular record of being the only person to be examined in Nigeria who has the fortune of selecting members of his examination body! The examiners, predictably, rated him the best in Nigeria for the non-vacant position of VC of Akungba university. It should be recalled that Mimiko as SSG to Dr. Segun Agagu positioned his brother (Femi Mimiko) as the Acting VC. His attempt to get Agagu to confirm him as the substantive VC however did not get the blessing of the latter.
(13). Dayo Adeyanju, cousin to Mimiko, Comm. For Health.
(14) Mr. Niran Oyeneyin, junior brother to that of M&C Hospital, is the representative of Ondo State at UBE in Abuja.
(15)Mr. Akindutire, is an in-law to Mimiko, board member.
(16). Pharm. Ogunsulire, uncle to Mimiko is a full time board member of HMB.
(17). Mr. Akinribido, senior brother to the Governor's wife, board member.
(18). Ade Adeniyi, former Ondo West caretaker Chairman, is a brother in-law to governor.
(19).Bashiru Akinsade, cousin, current Ondo West Local Government Chairman.
(20). Dotun Adedinsewo, junior brother to wife of Dr. Abass Mimiko is the Sup/Works Ondo West.
(21). Dr. Abass Mimiko, junior brother to Mimiko is a major cotractor to Ondo State govt who got the stadium contract awarded to him twice.
(22). Alimi Mimiko, is a member of WECA Agency.
(23). Bisi Adegoke is from oshogbo and personal employee of Mimiko before he became governor. He was his farm manager. Mimiko has now made him Chairman of WECA Agency.
(24).Taye Akinkuolie, closest friend of Governor Mimiko, member civil service comm.
(25). Biodun Fifo, husband to immediate sister of Mimiko is an S.A to Governor Mimiko.
(26).Funso Aluko, a boy and student to Femi Mimiko was in SIDEC and Special Assistant on Kaadi Igbeayo.
(27).Cyril Egunlayi another boy to Femi Mimiko,Senior Special Assistant on Archive.
(28).Rotimi Adelola, friend to Femi Mimiko is the Secretary to the State Government.
(29). Alhaji Kazeem, friend to Dr. Abass Mimiko is Chairman of petroleum task force.
(30)Taye Afilaka is from Ilesha in Osun State, a friend to Femi is Special Assitant to the Governor on Appointments.
(31). Alhaji Modibo is from Yobe State. He is a neghbour to Mr. Governor in his Aso drive Abuja house. He ia a governing council member of AAUA.
(32) Barr. Nwanyanwu, a friend of Mimiko is the LP National Chairman. He is is from Imo State where LP did not win a ward. He is a member of AAUA governing Council. He normally acts on behalf of Dr. Erastus Akingbola, a friend of Mimiko who is the actual Council Chairman but is unable to play the role actively because of ongoing corruption case with the EFCC
(33). Hameed Olawale Ifaleyimu. This one is a distant cousin of the governor. He is a PA by designation. He has been noted to always be on the facebook which has prompted some Citizen Reporters to research his background. His present contribution to governance in Ondo State is the series of personal attacks he launches on perceived opponents of Mimiko
(34).Popular Labounde is junior brother to Mimiko's wife. He has suddenly hit gold as he now owns choice buildings and businesses in Akure all within a space of less than 2 and a half years.
(35) Murphy another junior brother to Mrs. Mimiko. Both Labonde and Murphy are major contractors in Ondo State.
